Through this you will receive a training programme, nutrition programme and 24 hour support ensuring that even when you’re having those days where you maybe don’t feel 100%, you can always contact me to keep you accountable.
Online training is ideal for those people who have done some work in the gym and know how to lift weights already. I would not recommend online training for people who are new to the gym- it is very difficult to teach yourself correct techniques for exercises and therefore you risk injuring yourself.
This kind of structure is also ideal for people who are looking for a customised ‘get fit’ plan, such as shredding down for a holiday. I can create plans based around your deadline or work with you on a monthly basis.
