I attend Iona’s Ladies lifting class every week which I find really motivating, earlier in the year I took part in Booty Camp which was also an amazing class.
Iona has taught me so much about the gym, helped me gain confidence & supports me even on bad days lol! If you are looking to focus more on your legs and glutes give Booty Camp a go you will not be disappointed!!
Iona made me discover weight lifting and a way to go over my limits each time that I am working out with her. I was going to the gym before Booty camp but I never could imagine myself lifting weights and using the lifting area with all those fit people. After Booty camp, weight lifting is part of my daily routine in the gym,I feel more confident and I still continue my personal training with Iona who is great in pushing you and to get you to try exercises that you would never do on your own. Loved the combination of half an hour individual sessions in which you are pushing yourself to the very end and the group ones which you get motivated and inspired by other people.!!!
I could not recommend Iona any more highly as a personal trainer and motivator for group activities. I attended her Booty Camp training sessions in March and thoroughly enjoyed every moment (even the dead mills…….). These group sessions were an amazing introduction to the gym and perfect for those who are looking to improve their fitness and target the legs and glutes. Iona taught me so much about the gym and my body and gave me the confidence to do things at the gym that I would never have thought I could accomplish. The individual personal training and the group sessions are excellent value for money and executed with extreme professionalism and a personal touch. Iona is great!!!
I was excited to join the booty camp class as I had been working to increase the size of my bum and didn’t feel I was getting anywhere fast. We were shown activating exercises that helped get the booty muscles going before we done the other exercise with Iona.
I still use these today and try to do them always before a class, although they can be done at the end also.
I have noticed a marked improvement in my bum and was actually surprised at the shape it began to take as I’m 50 and thought it wouldn’t happen!!
I really enjoyed these classes and will be booking in for the next block hopefully.
