Learn the correct weight lifting technique to help you lose fat, build strength or tone up. Ladies Lifting is a small fitness classed in Glasgow each week, allowing you to build good foundations to lifting.

You can achieved your desired physique through lifting weights properly, in a controlled environment. Building strength will allow you to feel a sense of control within your exercise and nutrition.

In these exercise classes Glasgow, you will learn how to perform the main weightlifting movements with good technique. We’ll focus heavily on squats and deadlift, while bringing in other movements to work on the main muscles groups like glutes, thighs, abs and back to build your ideal physique.

BOOTY CAMP 2.0

Ladies Lifting

New to lifting weights or strength training? Come and learn how to lift weights with good technique in a small group fitness class in Glasgow. Ladies Lifting Booty Camp is a class dedicated to helping you achieve your fat loss or strength based goals by being taught how to lift weights properly by a female personal trainer in Glasgow.

Ladies Lifting Booty Camp will be a four week intensive course. With the option to do both 1-2-1 personal training sessions and group sessions, you’ll get the boost you need to achieve your goals. The course will include 4X Group Sessions (capped at four people), 4X 1-2-1 30 minute PT sessions (optional), a training programme tailored to your goals and nutritional guidance.

  • Iona made me discover weight lifting and a way to go over my limits each time that I am working out with her. I was going to the gym before Booty camp but I never could imagine myself lifting weights and using the lifting area with all those fit people. After Booty camp, weight lifting is part of my daily routine in the gym,I feel more confident and I still continue my personal training with Iona who is great in pushing you and to get you to try exercises that you would never do on your own.   • I could not recommend Iona any more highly as a personal trainer and motivator for group activities. I attended her Booty Camp training sessions in March and thoroughly enjoyed every moment (even the dead mills…….). These group sessions were an amazing introduction to the gym and perfect for those who are looking to improve their fitness and target the legs and glutes. Iona taught me so much about the gym and my body and gave me the confidence to do things at the gym that I would never have thought I could accomplish. The individual personal training and the group sessions are excellent value for money and executed with extreme professionalism and a personal touch. Iona is great!!!

  • I was excited to join the booty camp class as I had been working to increase the size of my bum and didn’t feel I was getting anywhere fast. We were shown activating exercises that helped get the booty muscles going before we done the other exercise with Iona.
    I still use these today and try to do them always before a class, although they can be done at the end also.
    I have noticed a marked improvement in my bum and was actually surprised at the shape it began to take as I’m 50 and thought it wouldn’t happen!!
    I really enjoyed these classes and will be booking in for the next block hopefully.

SINGLE SESSIONS

Struggling with commitment or want to try the class out? The pay as you go method is perfect for you. Book in advance and pay for an individual session with no monthly commitment. As you go on, you can adjust your plan if you’d rather book into a block. Either way, the class is structured to ensure progression from week to week.

8 WEEK PACKAGE

If you want to give yourself a short-term commitment, then signing up for 8 week blocks can give you the accountability you need. What’s more, if you sign up for 8 session at a time, the cost per session is cheaper. At Ladies Lifting, you can expect progression each week through learning how to perform lifts correctly.
