Protein French Toast

PROTEIN FRENCH TOAST

Perfect as a breakfast option or if you are craving something sweet!

Ingredients

20g protein powder of choice

1 medium egg

Splash of milk

2 x slices of bread

Toppings (optional)

1 tbsp greek yoghurt

1 tsp agave syrup

50g strawberries

 

 

Method

  1. Mix together the protein powder, eggs and milk in a bowl. 
  2. Soak the bread in the mixture for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Heat up pan. When the pan is hot place the soaked bread on and leave for 2-3 minutes on one side. 
  4. Flip over and leave until cooked through.
  5. Then add toppings of choice, and enjoy!
