Learn the correct weight lifting technique to help you lose fat, build strength or tone up. Ladies Lifting is a small fitness classed in Glasgow each week, allowing you to build good foundations to lifting.
You can achieved your desired physique through lifting weights properly, in a controlled environment. Building strength will allow you to feel a sense of control within your exercise and nutrition.
In these exercise classes Glasgow, you will learn how to perform the main weightlifting movements with good technique. We’ll focus heavily on squats and deadlift, while bringing in other movements to work on the main muscles groups like glutes, thighs, abs and back to build your ideal physique.

Struggling with commitment or want to try the class out? The pay as you go method is perfect for you. Book in advance and pay for an individual session with no monthly commitment. As you go on, you can adjust your plan if you’d rather book into a block. Either way, the class is structured to ensure progression from week to week.

If you want to give yourself a short-term commitment, then signing up for 8 week blocks can give you the accountability you need. What’s more, if you sign up for 8 session at a time, the cost per session is cheaper. At Ladies Lifting, you can expect progression each week through learning how to perform lifts correctly.
