Plenty of people ask me questions about my training or fitness in general. Hopefully these frequently asked questions might give you the answer that you are looking for. If not, please do not hesitate to contact here.

Where do you run classes?

I run personal training sessions and classes in Pure Gym Charing Cross.

When will I see results?

I cannot say exactly how long it will take people to see results, as it depends where you are starting and how committed you are to sticking to your diet. If you are a complete beginner you will usually see results very quickly, especially if you are dedicated and motivated. I will help you as much as I can to stay motivated, through creating a flexible diet to your lifestyle and by making your training enjoyable.

Does it matter if I have never been to the gym?

Not at all. I am here to help anyone of any level to achieve their goals. In fact, beginners often see the best results!

How many times do I have to train with you?

This depends on your goals. I would recommend for beginners at least 2x 1 hour sessions per week, so that we can run through everything you need to know so you can train efficiently on your own. However, it really depends on your circumstances and what you want to achieve. We can create fantastic results with 1 PT session per week, complimented with additional sessions on your own.
