Paying for individual sessions is perfect for those who want to dip in and out of personal training, for example, if you can’t commit to a more structured plan. You’ll still get my full attention and I’ll give you the tools you need to walk away and be able to practice on your own. 


Monthly plans are the perfect choice if you want to see better results in the long-term. You can sign up for one, two or three months and will benefit from a structured, progressive plan. People tend to notice better progression with monthly plans because it commits them to turning up! You’ll also benefit from nutrition plans and ‘out of session’ support if you have any questions.
