A healthy dinner alternative when you’re wanting something tastey!
1. Cook spaghetti separately in a pot, bring to the boil and leave for around 10-12 minutes until cooked.
2. In a pan, fry together onion ham and pepper.
3. In a bowl, blend (with hand blender if possible) quark, egg whites, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
4. When pasta is cooked, strain and then put into frying pan with ham and veg. Slowly stir in the egg mix and make sure to continually stir it so it cooks without going lumpy. Serve and enjoy!
