Healthy Banana Bread Brownies

Perfect if you are craving something sweet!

Ingredients

70g protein powder of choice

3 tbsp oat flour

2 large eggs

2 bananas

1 tsp cocoa powder

30g 85% dark chocolate

 

Icing

170g total 0% greek yoghurt

5g 85% dark chocolate grated

50g strawberries

 

Method

  1. Blended all the ingredients together (except the dark chocolate) in a food processor.
  2. When blended, fold the dark chocolate chips into the batter.
  3. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven. Pierce with knife to ensure it’s cooked (knife should come out clean). 
  4. When cooled, top with the icing and grate chocolate over and top with strawberries. 
  5. Enjoy!
