Healthy Protein Cookies

Serves 8


Perfect as a pudding option or if you are craving something sweet!


40g protein powder of choice

1 medium egg

1 small banana (mashed)

1/4 cup ground almonds

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp cocoa powder

20g dark chocolate chips



  1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees celcius. Blend the banana to a paste consistency. 
  2. Then, with a mixer add in all the ingredients and mix until smooth.
  3. When smooth, fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. With a spoon, dollop the mixture into 8 equally sized cookies.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes. Keep an eye on them as they cook a lot quicker than expected!
