Banana Protein Chocolate Balls

Perfect as a snack option or if you are craving something sweet!

Ingredients

30g protein powder of choice

1/4 cup coconut flour

70g nut butter (I used almond)

100 ml almond milk (or just enough to blend mixture together)

8 slices of frozen banana

 

Toppings (optional)

 

40g dark chocolate

Method

  1. Mix together all the ingredients (except the banana and chocolate). The mixture will get quite sticky so it’s best to use a fork.
  2. When the mixture is a good texture, take a piece of banana, cover it in the mixture and roll into a ball. 
  3. Continue this and make 8 balls and put them onto a sheet of parchment paper. Chill for 10 minutes.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl. Take the balls out of the fridge and drizzle a spoonful of chocolate over them.
  5. Put back into fridge and leave to chill. Enjoy!
